Hello Bearcat Families!
I am pleased to announce that registration for the 2026 season is officially open!! Here are some important details about the upcoming season and registration.
Due to the increase costs associated with running the Bearcats program, the cost for tackle football is $300, Cheer is $275 and Cubs and Flag Football is $75. Early Registration is open May 31st with a $15 discount. There is also a payment plan where you can make a $100 deposit now and pay the balance by May 31st to receive the discount. All tackle football registrations prior to June 30th will receive a practice jersey customized with their last name. Registrations after June 30th will still receive a non-customized practice jersey.
HOW TO REGISTER:
Select the appropriate tab for your athlete to register below. Be sure to select the correct level program for your athlete (A, B and C Teams).
FORMS REQUIRED:
The following forms are required to participate in the 2026 season:
Tackle Football: Birth Certificate (printed copy), Report Card, Signed Medical Waiver, Code of Conduct, Equipment forms, Volunteer Agreement and Photo Release.
Cheer: Signed Medical Waiver, Code of Conduct, Equipment forms, Volunteer Agreement and Photo Release.
CUBS AND FLAG: Signed Medical Waiver, Code of Conduct, Equipment forms, Volunteer Agreement and Photo Release.
WHAT'S NEW THIS SEASON:
Code of Conduct, Equipment Forms, Volunteer Agreement and Photo Release will all be submitted electronically. You will be able to click on each of these forms during the registration process to approve them.
Tackle: Paper copies of Birth Certificates (new copies are required for ALL PLAYERS-new and returning), Signed Medical Waiver, and 2025-2026 Report Card are due at equipment handout in order for your athlete to be eligible to start conditioning.
Cheer/Flag/Cubs: Signed Medical Waiver will be due the first day of practice.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Equipment handout day will take place in mid to late July at Aherns Park in Granby. Exact date and times will be posted as we get closer to the start of season.

Reminder, your athlete will not be eligible to participate in any practices until we receive their signed medical waiver. All forms can be found under the FAQS and DOCUMENTS tab.
