1. We are well aware of the numerous impacts COVID is having on people including financial.  With that in mind the Bearcats Board has implemented a change to registration this year regarding payment. we are asking families to register now, however, we will not be collecting payment until a later date when we can make the determination that we will be having a 2020 season. We ask that you register now and once a decision is made for the season we will then ask for payment ahead of equipment pick-up.
2. For those families that have registered and paid in full, we are offering the option to receive a full refund now and your child will remain registered and as noted above we will ask for payment when a decision is made. Or leave the registration as is and in the event the season is canceled you will receive a 100% refund.
3. By registering your child we will be able to continue to plan for the upcoming season so that once a decision is made we will be on track.

4. In order to do this please register as you normally would, and when you "check out" in your shopping cart, there will be a drop down selection to "pay offline", please select that option.
